The philosophy of The Women’s Table is straightforward:
In today’s society, women’s roles are complex, often involving multiple roles in and outside of the home. Women seek connection with others, yet have limited time for this, given the multiple demands of work and family.
The Women‘s Table recognizes a woman’s need for
self-care, and strives to develop programs that promote this. Empowering women through skill development, improved self-esteem and spiritual connection provides women tools they need to sustain themselves, as well as their relationships with others.
Creating ever-widening circles of love and compassion is an integral part of The Women’s Table.
