The Women’s Table, a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston, hosted a day of relaxation, renewal and rest. “Peace Begins with Me,” was a day-long program of self-care including neck and shoulder massage, breathing and relaxation exercises, yoga for all experience levels, introduction to coloring for adults and Zentangle, and the opportunity to “just be” for a day! The Women’s Table hosted a day-long program entitled “Peace Begins with Me” for mothers and caregivers on Saturday, November 7, 2015 in the Penthouse.

 On May 20, 2015, approximately 150 sisters, friends, CSJ Associates, and
ministry partners came together to celebrate The Women’s Table. It was an evening to learn more about the ever-widening circles and reach of The Women’s Table. Critical to this work is connection and relationship of neighbor with neighbor and neighbor with God that is at the heart of all ministries of the
Sisters of St. Joseph.
